The place where it all begins

There are places where time stands still. Where the hands of a watch slow to the song of wild birds amidst flourishing nature. Deep within the Schwarzwald forest, a forgotten legend was born — one we now revive with passion.

The heirs of a philosophy

Legend has it that in the 18th century, a clockmaker named Franz Ketterer invented the cuckoo clock. A bird carved from wood that over the years has become a symbol of eternity .

It is this heritage, shaped by high standards and innovation , that we wish to perpetuate through our creations.

Honoring heritage in the present

Reinvented in France , our house unites tradition and contemporary design. Haus Ketterer is the resonance of the past in the present. More than a signature , our house is a series of objects, ideas, a rhythm of its own.

We believe in the beauty of simple things, the power of detail, and the elegance of little. Welcome to Haus Ketterer.
